Office Manager –

Las Vegas

ER Productions is an innovative laser and SFX specialist providing cutting edge laser and special effects products and choreography to some of the most iconic shows on Planet Earth.

 

Job Description & Key Responsibility’s

ER Productions is a small company and we all have a wide range of responsibilities. The main role of an office manager is detailed here as a guide and is not limited to only these tasks.

 

  • Organizing meetings and appointments for the team

  • Booking transport and accommodation

  • Ordering stationery and furniture for the office

  • Keeping office, kitchen and toilet supplies stocked

  • Dealing with correspondence, post, complaints and queries

  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems

  • Organizing induction programs for new employees

  • Using a range of software packages on MAC

  • In conjunction with the UK Office / Accounts Manager 

  1. Pass on in a timely manner invoices / accounts correspondence

  2. Bank company cheques 

  3. General accounting tasks for the USA office 

  • In conjunction with the UK Office / HR Advisor keeping up to date:

  1. personnel records – holidays/sick etc.

  2. personnel record of completed courses expiry dates. Booking when required

  3. personnel record of PPE and replacing, updating when applicable

  4. personnel record of passports, visa’s, A1 forms travel docs etc. organize replacements when required
