ER PRODUCTIONS ANNOUNCE THE ACQUISTITION OF PYROJUNKIES LTD

On Thursday 13th January 2022 it was announced that the industry leading special effects company Pyrojunkies Limited has become an integral part of ER Productions. Both companies have unrivalled reputations for providing exceptional expertise, design, and technology to some of the most iconic shows in the world.

ER Productions are the world renowned, innovative, and award-winning laser & SFX specialist. Founded in 2007, the company is the creation, many, many hours of hard work, long days and dedication of Managing Director, Marc Webber & Creative Director, Ryan Hagan.

The Australian Pink Floyd Show was the first laser show ER Productions programmed, installed, and operated which toured Europe and America. From this tour, ER’s lasers then featured on Take That’s The Beautiful World Tour, Muse’s The Resistance Tour, Metallica’s Big Show at Yankee Stadium and 2012 London Olympics to name a few.

Pyrojunkies are industry giants in suppling an extensive range of SFX including pyrotechnics & spark, flame & fire, confetti & streamer, CO2 & smoke, water & rain, snow & bubbles and much more. Forming in 2003 by Shane Caufield and Richard Huffam, they started in Richard’s garage supplying SFX for Westlife’s Unbreakable Tour, London Closing Olympic Ceremony and Her Majesty’s Diamond Jubilee at Buckingham Palace.

Both companies have unrivalled reputations for providing exceptional expertise, design, and technology to some of the most iconic shows in the world. It has long been an ambition of ER’s to bring Pyrotechnics and Special Effects into their repertoire, so the union with Pyrojunkies was a no brainer. Collectively they combine a host of world leading designers, operators and programmers, along with an arsenal of bespoke equipment and first class brands in stock for hire and sale.

Together they exploded into the partnership by supplying MDLBEAST’s flagship event, Soundstorm Festival in Saudi Arabia, with 430 lasers, 11500 special effects & pyro across the 7 stages, over 4 days. In total 49 crew were onsite for 7 weeks creating the perfect collaboration between lasers & SFX. It was a truly magnificent end to 2021 and a successful, yet challenging start to the new team work and opening of the Saudi Arabia office.

With many events on the horizon, including the opening of their new 36000sq ft UK HQ, ER Productions are steering ahead into a very spectacular 2022 and proud to always deliver beyond expectation.
